Submit your Member Application and become an active member with ABC. Step 2. Fill out and sign the Employer Commitment Agreement as well as the Apply Pre-paidTuition Agreement. Step 3. Submit an application for each apprentice you want to join the program and sign the Cents-per-hour contribution agreement per trade.
