We hear over and over from our members about how difficult it is to attract quality employees and that the pool of available candidates has shrunk exponentially over the last decade due to a number of factors, including changing demographics, nega- tive press and increasing regulations. BankTalentHQ is designed as a talent management resource for the financial industry and is brought to you by the Col- oradoBankersAssociation in partnership with other state banking associations across the country. The banking industry was lacking a dedicated and focused, full-service talent management site, and that’s what Bank- TalentHQ brings. BankTalentHQ will connect top talent—including candidates who currently are outside the industry — to your institution. It will be the one stop shop for your talent management needs.
