Toward the end of last year, our Education Foundation celebrated a significant event at the Music Hall Lounge in Portsmouth by awarding more than $25,000 in automotive technology scholarships. These scholarships, named in honor of Paul Holloway Jr. to commemorate his dedication to education in New Hampshire, were given to young aspiring technicians in the industry. The most notable recipient was Jordan Lawrence, a senior at Nashua High School North, who also attends Nashua Technology Center and is employed at Tulley Mazda. Jordan was awarded a substantial $10,000 scholarship. We caught up with Jordan about his reaction to winning the scholarship. He expressed immense gratitude for the recognition and the generous $10,000 award. Jordan plans to use the scholarship to further his education at Nashua Community College (NCC), emphasizing his commitment to advancing his skills in automotive technology. He shared how this scholarship is not just financial support but also a significant motivation to pursue his passion in the automotive field with even greater dedication. As he embarks toward this new chapter at NCC, Jordan is thankful for the opportunity to grow and contribute to the industry that has inspired him. Scan the QR code to view the full interview. Thank you again to our Raffle for Automotive Education Sponsors, without whom scholarships like these would not be possible. https://www.youtube.com/ watch?v=ifq_4oU5b-I 15
