NHADA wants our members to be ready for the big ramp up that will occur as our current situation rectifies itself. Now is a great time to take a look at your onboarding process and make sure you are covering the important bases. This is especially true for our members where hir- ing is only one of many important functions a person per- forms and or you don’t hire very often. Another important resource in the guide is the draft conditional job offer letter. This is a key piece of the process where important information and terms are doc- umented and signed off on.
