We’re still buzzing from another outstanding Women in Banking Conference! Over two inspiring days in Steamboat Springs, banking professionals from across Colorado came together to learn, connect and celebrate the remarkable women making an impact in our industry. This year’s conference offered a great mix of timely banking and regulatory topics, leadership development, community engagement, networking and plenty of fun along the way. Attendees kicked off the conference with a regulatory update from Colorado Banking Commissioner Kara Hunter, followed by thought-provoking sessions on artificial intelligence and regulatory compliance, the economic outlook, stablecoins and digital assets, and modern cyber risk management. The afternoon continued with an important conversation about how women leaders can help build survivor-safe, trauma-informed banking environments. The conference also provided plenty of opportunities to connect outside of the traditional classroom setting. From a hands-on networking activity and bingo to the evening reception, attendees had time to build relationships, share ideas and enjoy some fun together. 2026 Women in Banking Conference a Tremendous Success Colorado Banker 6
