NHADA’s High Priority Bills: 2025 Legislative Session BILL TITLE, SPONSOR(S), LEGISLATIVE ACTIONS NHADA POSITION PROPOSAL HB 649 removing the requirement for physical safety inspections and on-board diagnostic tests for passenger vehicles and eliminating funding for the motor vehicle air pollution abatement fund.
