23 Hoosier Banker October 2014 Peter E. Geier has been appointed to the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp Cincinnati, and of its main subsidiary, First Financial Bank NA. He is chief executive officer of The Ohio State University Health System, as well as the university’s Wexner Medical Center’s chief operating officer. Geier began his career in the financial industry as a bank credit analyst at Huntington Bank and later was named vice chairman and president. He has served on numerous boards, including Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio, United Way, Santa Rosa Consulting, Huntington Bancshares and Insight Bank. Geier is a graduate of Purdue University, earned an MBA from Butler University and is a graduate of the Kellogg Graduate School of Management Executives Program. Jeffrey D. Meyer has been appointed to the board of directors of First Financial Bancorp Cincinnati, and of its main subsidiary, First Financial Bank NA. He is a principal and president of the Clean Title Agency, a real estate title agency, in Columbus, Ohio. He also is a principal of four other title agencies in Columbus and one agency in Chicago. Previously Meyer was director of acquisitions and secretary of Lexford Residential Trust, and he practiced corporate and real estate law at Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff.
