He joined the bank in 1997 and is active with the Warsaw Noon Optimists and the Salvation Army. Reeve is a graduate of Grace College. Scott Hartman has been promoted to vice president, senior investment representative with Lake City Investments, working with clients in Elkhart, St. Joseph and LaGrange counties. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Tri-State University. Kathleen Keirn has been promoted to vice president, payroll and benefit manager. She has been with the bank for 16 years. A graduate of Ivy Tech Community College, Keirn volunteers with the VITA program and is a Wayne Township Precinct committeeman. Chris Merrill has been promoted to senior systems administrator, IT officer. Merrill is active in VMware User Group, the American Legion, the Knights of Columbus, the professional Association for SQL Server, and is a board member of the Warsaw Community Public Library. Merrill is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, through which he attained the rank of sergeant. Brian Lamb has been promoted to vice president and assistant controller, tax and SEC reporting. He has been with the bank for 19 years and is a member of the Indiana CPA Society. Lamb earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Judd P. McNally has joined the bank as vice president, commercial banking officer, working in the Elkhart area. He has been in banking for more than 10 years, with experience in managing credit risk, overseeing commercial credit portfolios and structuring loans for commercial clients. McNally earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Ryan Hart has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial banking officer, working in the Indianapolis area. He joined the bank in 2004. Hart is active in the Young Professionals of Central Indiana and serves as a board member of the Risk Management Association. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Indiana UniversityPurdue University Fort Wayne. Alice Hitchcock has been promoted to assistant vice president and benefit officer. She has been with the bank for five years and serves as the bank’s American Red Cross blood drive coordinator; additionally she volunteers in the American Heart Association Walk. Hitchcock attended Ivy Tech Community College. Jolene Howard has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan systems support officer. She joined the bank in 2005. Howard serves as president of Triton Elementary’s Parent-Teacher Organization and teaches Junior Achievement classes in Kosciusko and Marshall counties. Nick Toney has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior loan administration officer. He has been with the bank for seven years. He is active in Young Leaders of Northern Indiana Leadership Academy, of which he is a graduate; a board member of the Risk Management Association; a Junior Achievement volunteer; and a Red Shoe crew member. Toney earned a bachelor’s degree from Grace College. Eric Neuenschwander has been promoted to assistant vice president, fair lending officer. He has been with the bank for seven years.
