He has 19 years of banking experience, serving previously as vice president, corporate banking relationship manager with Fifth Third Bank. He serves as board chair of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Elkhart County and is treasurer of the Elcona Country Club. Brown earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Robert Hyde has joined the bank as personal trust administrator in the personal asset management group. He previously served with Chase Consultants to the Financial Industry Young & Associates, Inc. When interest rates rise and the spread between non-maturity deposits and certificates of deposits widen, many will see a shift back into certificates at a higher cost to the bank. She is a vice president with the bank and recently served as an administrator and relationship officer with 1st Source retirement plan services. She has nearly 30 years of experience in banking. Wolff is active with the American Cancer Society, Michiana Society of Human Resource Management, Fraternal Order of Police, Michiana Estate Planning Council, Hello Gorgeous! and is a team mom for travel volleyball and the Penn varsity volleyball team. She is a recipient of the bank’s Ernestine M. Raclin Community Leadership Award and holds the designations of certified retirement services professional and of professional in human resources. Wolff completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Joe Noffsinger, business banker and manager, River Park banking center, has been promoted to officer. He serves as treasurer of the River Park Business Association and has created a program at Nuner Elementary to teach financial literacy. Noffsinger earned a bachelor’s from Indiana University-South Bend.
