Boyd serves with the Kiwanis Club, Lions Club, Project Business, Habitat for Humanity and Salvation Army. He also serves as guest lecturer for the University of Notre Dame and for Goshen College. Boyd earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and has completed the Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Lynne A Coverdale has joined the bank as senior mortgage consultant. She has 20 years of mortgage lending experience, including previous positions as senior mortgage advisor at Stonegate Mortgage Corp., president of Coverdale Mortgage Corp. and senior mortgage loan officer at W.R. Clouse and Associates Mortgage Company. Coverdale earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Northern Colorado and a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Nathaniel L. Willis has joined the bank as mortgage market manager, serving the Fort Wayne market. He has more than 10 years of experience in mortgage lending, previously serving as a general manager for VSI Mortgage Services Inc.; as a mortgage loan consultant for Tower Bank, Fort Wayne; and STAR Bank, Fort Wayne Laura Small has joined the bank as vice president and senior trust officer. She has prior banking experience with BMO Harris Bank. Small serves on the board of directors for the Fair Haven Foundation and is on the planned giving committee for WFYI. She is a graduate of Ball State University and of Indiana UniversityPurdue University Indianapolis. Courtney Lloyd has been promoted to vice president, private banking. She is based at the regional headquarters at Keystone at the Crossing in Indianapolis. Lloyd joined the bank in 2007 as relationship manager and was promoted to private banker in 2012 She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo. Jeff Nelson has been named market president for Kokomo and the surrounding area. He has 35 years of banking experience, previously serving as senior commercial banker for the west region. Nelson serves on the board of the City Revolving Loan Fund and the Kokomo Country Club. Aaron Snyder has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial banking, serving the Grant County area. He has 15 years of commercial banking experience. First Farmers Bank andTrust Company, Converse Hannah McConchie has been promoted to assistant vice president mortgage lender. She previously served as teller and backup customer service representative. McConchie earned an associate’s degree from Lake Land College and a bachelor’s degree from Southern Illinois University. Kari Renz has been promoted to assistant vice president and agricultural lender, after prior experience as credit analyst. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Elmer Smith has been promoted to senior commercial lender. He previously served as vice president of commercial and agricultural lending. Smith earned a bachelor’s degree from Union University.
