He has prior mortgage lending experience as a regional sales manager and as chief operating officer. He is a former Junior A hockey player, real estate agent, auctioneer and principle mortgage broker. Jones has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, the Red Cross, United Way and the Humane Society, and is a graduate of Vincennes University. Crossroads Bank,Wabash Brooke Vanderpool has joined Insurance One Services Inc. as an agent. She has three years of insurance experience. Vanderpool is licensed in property and casualty insurance. She serves with the Junior Achievement board for North Manchester and earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. First Financial Bank, NA, Terre Haute Steven M. Martin has joined the bank as vice president and director of trust services. He has 30 years of banking experience in institutions in Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio and Wisconsin. Martin is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Cornell College and a Ph.D. from Drake University. Lafayette Savings Bank Larry Nutt has been promoted to assistant branch manager. He joined the bank in 2013, serving as customer service associate. Nutt serves as a volunteer basketball coach and is a graduate of Huntington University. Mutual Savings Bank, Franklin Kellie Gordon has been promoted to vice president. She also serves as electric deposit permit and deposit account services officer, and network administrator. Gordon earned an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech State College and currently is enrolled at Western Governors University.
