Branch Management Series Lenderman earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and an MBA from Anderson University. Farmer Mac, headquartered in Washington D.C., provides secondary market options for agricultural real estate mortgages and works with lenders across the country. t Farmers State Bank, LaGrange Danielle Hill has been promoted to banking officer and assistant branch manager. She also serves as merchant capture and cash management sales representative and has been with the bank for six years. Hill previously served as CRM administrator, manager trainee and teller. She is a volunteer for Junior Achievement. Hill earned a bachelor’s degree from Goshen College, completed the Indiana Bankers Association Consumer Lending School and is scheduled to complete the branch manager series this fall. Lee Beiswanger has joined as vice president and business development officer. He is an experienced ag and commercial lender with more than 30 years of lending experience.
