31 Hoosier Banker November 2014 BANKERS ON THE MOVE Citizens Bank, Mooresville Keith Lindauer has been appointed president and chief executive officer of the bank; he also will serve as a member of the board of directors. Lindauer previously served the bank as senior vice president, chief lending officer. He has 28 years of banking experience, including prior positions with National Bank of Greenwood, First Community Bank and Trust and MainSource Bank. A member of the Knights of Columbus, Lindauer earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from the University of Indianapolis. He is replacing Lynn Gordon, who announced his retirement as president/CEO effective the end of November 2014. First Federal Savings Bank, Evansville Monica Stinchfield has been promoted to senior vice president, manager of retail lending. She has been with the bank for 34 years, most recently serving as senior vice president, manager of mortgage lending. Stinchfield attended the University of Southern Indiana. Jenna Will has joined the bank as assistant vice president, branch relationship bank/ manager. She has 18 years of banking experience, most recently serving as assistant vice president with Fifth Third Bank. Will attended Southern Illinois University. First Financial Bank, Cincinnati Steve Fields has joined the bank as senior vice president and director for the newly created First Financial Business Capital. He has more than 30 years of banking experience, primarily with U.S. Bank, where he worked with regional and national sales origination teams. Stephen Wood has been named senior vice president and director for First Financial Equipment Finance. He has more than 35 years of leadership experience in the industrial, manufacturing and banking sectors, including 20 years of commercial banking experience in senior and executive-level positions. Wood joined the bank in 2010, most recently serving as commercial real estate credit officer.
