He has 35 years of experience as a national bank examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Suding earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Evansville. Phil Dixon has joined the bank as senior vice president and senior loan officer. Most recently he served as president and chief executive officer of Madison Bank, Richmond, Kentucky, prior to which he was president of First National Bank of Muhlenberg County. Dixon earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Kristi Krack, corporate secretary, has been promoted to senior vice president, branch administration and private banking. She joined the bank in 1996. Krack earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Bill Masterson has joined the bank as office manager, Westside banking center. He has been in banking for 26 years, with extensive experience in retail management. Masterson attended the University of Evansville and is a graduate of the American Institute of Banking. Stephanie Starkey has joined the bank as executive assistant. She has nine years of support and communications experience. Starkey earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana. Suzie West has been promoted to assistant manager, loan and deposit operations. She has been with the bank for nine years and has more than 30 years of banking experience. West is a former chapter president of the American Institute of Banking and has served on the AIB board of governors. Keely Winiger has joined the bank as assistant vice president, human resources manager. She has 20 years of human resources experience. Winiger earned a bachelor’s degree from Oakland City College. Ashley Ziliak has joined the bank as assistant controller. She previously served as an accountant with an area law firm. Ziliak is a member of A Network of Evansville Women (ANEW) and a graduate of Ball State University. Centier Bank, Northern Indiana Douglas P. Fyock has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator, serving the Fort Wayne area. He has nearly 40 years of mortgage industry experience. Fyock is a member of the Fort Wayne Board of Realtors, Homebuilders Association of Fort Wayne and the Chamber of Commerce. He is a current director and past president of the northeast chapter of the Mortgage Bankers Association. Fyock is a graduate of Indiana University. Jim Pinarski has joined the bank as officer and manager of the Elkhart banking center. He has prior experience in mortgage and consumer lending. Pinarski is a former board member of the Goshen Little League and volunteers with Junior Achievement, Habitat for Humanity and the Boys and Girls Club. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Amber L. Pulford has joined the bank as branch manager, Mishawaka banking center. She has eight years of experience in banking and management. Pulford is a member of the Elkhart and South Bend chambers of commerce and volunteers with Helping Paws and Open Doors Kalamazoo. She is a graduate of Purdue University.
