Pilarski, Alliance Bank, Francesville t A+ bAnkers Ameriana Bank, New Castle John Parden has joined the bank as assistant vice president, Fishers banking center manager. He has previous banking experience as financial center manager with Fifth Third Bank and additional positions with Old National Bank. Parden holds NASD Series 6 and 63 licenses and Indiana Life and Health insurance licenses. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Hanover College. The La Porte Savings Bank Jim Kypuros has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator. He has more than 25 years of mortgage lending experience, specializing in conventional, VA and FHA home loans. Kypuros is a past board member and president of the Sales and Marketing Council of the South Suburban Home Builders Association. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue UniversityCalumet. Lake City Bank,Warsaw Judd P. McNally has joined the bank as vice president, commercial banking officer, serving the Elkhart area. He has been in banking for more than 10 years, with extensive experience in managing credit risk, overseeing commercial credit portfolios and structuring loans for commercial clients. McNally earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. West End Bank, Richmond Ben Brock has been promoted to vice president, commercial lending. He joined the bank in 2010. Jim Backmeyer Jr. has joined the bank as vice president, mortgage lending. He has prior experience as a mortgage loan officer and as a real estate broker/manager. 1st Source Bank, South Bend Cecile Weir has joined the bank as business banker, serving the Fort Wayne area. She has 16 years of banking experience, previously serving with STAR Bank as senior vice president, commercial banking. Weir is active with The Women’s Bureau, YWCA, CDFI Board of Community Action of Northeast Indiana, WOWNet and the Builders and Contractors Association. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Purdue-University Fort Wayne. Amy Bobson has been promoted to deposit officer with the bank’s specialty finance group. She previously served in the insurance department as a personal lines manager before transferring to the bank’s specialty finance group in 2012. Bobson holds a property and casualty insurance license, life and health insurance license and certified insurance counselor designation. She is a volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House and with the Saint Anthony meal service.
