He joined the bank in 1980 as a branch manager and later served as supervisor of banking centers, regional manager, manager of consumer and electronic banking, and executive vice president. Seitz earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and a master’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. Andrea Short has been promoted from chief financial officer and principal accounting officer to executive vice president of 1st Source Corporation. She joined the bank in 1998 as tax director before being promoted to vice president and controller, and in 2013 to chief financial officer and principal accounting officer. Short earned a bachelor’s degree from Alma College and has completed the University of Chicago Booth School of Business’ Chicago Management Institute. Christopher Poulsen has joined the bank as vice president and chief information security officer. He has 28 years of information technology experience, most recently serving as president of Sirius Cyber Security LLC. A certified information security professional, Poulsen earned master’s degrees from National Defense University, Steven’s Institute of Technology and Massachusetts’s Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management. Mark Gould, community relations officer and chief Community Reinvestment Act officer, has been promoted to vice president. He is involved with the Indiana Association for Community Economic Development, Habitat for Humanity and the Community Development Corporation of Mishawaka. Gould earned a bachelor’s degree from Butler University. Jeff Buhr has been promoted from chief credit officer to executive vice president. He joined the bank in 2001 as vice president and senior credit administrator. He was promoted to senior vice president in 2002 and to chief credit officer in 2009. Buhr is a graduate of the University of Idaho and earned a master’s degree from Texas Christian University. Brian Green, manager of IT tech services, has been promoted to officer. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Jasbinder Singh has been promoted to assistant vice president and mortgage sales manager.
