Formed in 1977, Keller is a family-owned multifamily development and construction/ general contracting business based in Fort Wayne. It has built approximately 75 multifamily housing developments, totaling over 2,600 units. The company has extensive industry experience, owns 20 LIHTC projects in the state of Indiana, and consistently completes projects on time and within budget. Keller’s principals also own New Generation Management, a multifamily property management company, which will serve as the management entity for Savannah Springs. Lincoln Apartments Lincoln Apartments provides 75 units of permanent, supportive housing for homeless veterans and veterans at-risk of being homeless. Located at 530 Holmes Ave. Indianapolis, the project is in proximity to the Roudebush VA Medical Center and to a community health center located immediately south of the site. Across from the project are a supermarket, a bank and retail stores. The site is situated within one block of a bus line and includes bike racks to promote a variety of transportation options. Lincoln Apartments is within the Haughville neighborhood of Indianapolis, a targeted revitalization area. This unique development ęȱȱ ȱ ȱ ęǰȱȱȱȬ term sustainability while providing needed housing to local homeless veterans. YOUnity Village YOUnity Village includes the new construction of 30 one-bedroom units in a single building on 15th Street in Terre Haute. The project provides ¢ǰȱǰȱěȱ supportive housing and includes numerous supportive services through the project’s sponsor, Mental Health Association of Vigo County. The project contains amenities including spacious rooms with Internet access, the security of having few points of entrance, and ample green space. There is a walking trail planned immediately north of the building. The development includes ȱĜȱ ȱȱ¢ȱȱȱ laundry facilities. The community is supportive of this development, which has been endorsed by the mayor of Terre Haute. The project’s sponsor is focusing on renting the units to individuals at risk of being homeless, and those who are chronically homeless and in need of mental health services. The provision of this type of housing has a tremendously positive impact, not only on the individuals served, but on the broader community. Savannah Springs Savannah Springs is the new ȱȱřśȱȱȱěȱ senior housing on the corner of Trier Road and Goeglein Road, on the northeast side of Fort Wayne. The layout includes one two-story elevator building with four singlebedroom and 31 two-bedroom units. Each unit provides an adaptable living environment, allowing seniors the option to age in place. This model is becoming increasingly popular, as it enables seniors to thrive in their homes while living independently and as circumstances change.
