The very heart and soul of the Indiana Bankers Association is the volunteer banker serving on a committee. These volunteers represent the banking industry through their service. Currently more than 240 bankers serve on various IBA committees. These committees meet to focus on the needs and issues facing Indiana bankers and to determine what products and services are required to address those needs.Without the expertise and enthusiasm of Indiana banker committee members, your IBA could not function. Banking is changing, and the IBA must have the ability to adjust to those changes. The committees’ names may change, but the need for committee members always will be present. If you have enthusiasm and creative ideas, we would like to hear from you. Please take the time to complete a “Committee Involvement Form” and return it to the Indiana Bankers Association.Alternatively, you can fill out a form online at www.indianabankers.org. Your form will be reviewed by the IBA to match your expertise with the IBA’s committee needs. Committees will usually meet for a live meeting once a year and may have other conference call meetings. If you have a question about committees or committee service, please contact: Christina M.
