He has 38 years of banking experience and served the bank as executive vice president since its formation in 1999. Previously McLaughlin was president and CEO of Perpetual Federal, one of the banks that merged to become United Community Bank. He has served on community service boards of directors in the areas of Dearborn County and Lawrenceburg. McLaughlin earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree from Indiana University. W. Michael McLaughlin has been appointed executive vice president, chief operating officer and corporate secretary. He has served as senior vice president of operations since the bank was formed Centier Bank, Northern Indiana Jon Halliwill has joined the bank as assistant vice president, Fort Wayne market manager. He has previous banking experience, specializing in conventional, construction, FHA and VA loans. Halliwill is active with Big Brothers Big Sisters and serves as assistant coach with the Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne men’s soccer team. He is a graduate of the University of Evansville. Elizabeth Jones has joined the bank as assistant manager, Carmel banking center. She has six years of banking experience and is active with the local Knights of Columbus. in 1999. Previously McLaughlin was executive vice president of Perpetual Federal. McLaughlin has served as a member of numerous community service organizations in the areas of Dearborn County and Lawrenceburg. He is a graduate of Purdue University. Bridget Davidson has been promoted to vice president of branch networks. Previously she was Aurora branch manager. She joined the bank nine years ago and is a graduate of Indiana University. Brenda Wheat has been promoted to vice president of human resources and vice president of electronic banking. She has been with the bank for 10 years, serving as vice president of branch operations and vice president of information technology. Wheat is a graduate of Purdue University. Ben Turner has been promoted to assistant manager of the electronic banking department. He serves on the Aurora city board and is a graduate of Indiana University. Stacey Perleberg has been promoted to customer service representative supervisor. She has been a CSR with the bank since 2010. Perleberg is a graduate of Ball State University.
