Pooja Walia has joined the bank as vice president of internal audit. She has 14 years of audit experience, specializing in finance, information technology and enterprise risk management. Yaeger has been elected president of the bank. He began his banking career in 2002 at Old National Bank, Clarksville, Tennessee, and joined Commerce Bank in 2006. Yaeger was promoted to vice president, commercial banking, in 2008; to senior vice president and senior lending officer in 2010; and to executive vice president and chief operating officer in 2012. He chairs the local government affairs committee for the Chamber of Commerce of Southwest Indiana and sits on the chamber’s board of directors. Yaeger also serves on the boards of Junior Achievement of Southwest Indiana and of the Public Education Foundation of Evansville Inc., and in leadership positions with the Downtown Evansville Rotary Club and the Corridor of Champions board at Evansville’s Ford Center. He has been appointed to serve on Evansville’s Haynie’s Corner advisory committee, the board of directors for the Evansville Brownfields Corp. and to the Robert’s Stadium Task Force. Additionally he is past president of the Wesselman Nature Society. Yaeger earned a bachelor’s degree from Austin Peay State University, where he also completed the President’s Emerging Leader Program. He has a master’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana and completed the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. The Farmers Bank, Frankfort Tracy Mosson has been promoted to senior credit analyst. She joined the bank in 2010 as a credit analyst, prior to which she worked for a local accounting firm for 15 years. Mosson also has four years of past work experience with Summit Bank; additionally, she previously taught math at two area high schools. She attends St. Matthew United Methodist Church. Mosson is a graduate of Manchester University and earned a master’s degree from Ball State University.
