She earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Karolina Dragulski has joined the bank as assistant vice president, business banker. She has 25 years of banking experience. Dijana Hrncic has joined the bank as a branch manager with nearly seven years of banking experience, focused on small business lending, financial education, management and sales. Kevin Kickert has joined the bank as a branch manager with more than 25 years of banking experience. He serves on the board of the Crown Point Chamber and advisory board for the Dean and Barbara White Southlake YMCA, volunteers with the Crown Point Rotary as well as the Crossroads Chamber, where he was named 2023 Volunteer of the Year. Kickert was also recognized by the Times of Northwest Indiana as Best Banker of the Region in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Paige Conquest has been promoted to mortgage loan officer. She has been with the bank since 2013, most recently serving as a mortgage loan closer. Conquest volunteers with Meals on Wheels, Tradewinds Food Bank, the Northwest Indiana Food Bank and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. She is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association and graduated from the Xinnix Mortgage Academy. John Mackenzie has joined the bank as a mortgage loan officer. He volunteers with Keep Indianapolis Beautiful. Mackenzie graduated from Arizona State University. Sylvia Magallanez has joined the bank as a mortgage loan officer with more than 25 years of experience in lending and mortgage origination. She is an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana and the Homebuilders Association of Northwest Indiana.
