And as always, my family makes a big impact on my life. What is the thing you have done/accomplished, professionally or personally, that you are the most proud of? It seems rather simple, but I’m most proud of helping my team members grow professionally. We have a very supportive culture at Lake City Bank, and a big part of that is ensuring our team members have opportunities to grow. Ultimately, when we’re all growing and getting better in our roles, it allows us to better serve our customers and communities. How do you define success? Again, it seems like a straightforward answer, but success is processing loans efficiently for our front-line bankers and customers who applied for the loans. They’re counting on us to deliver in a timely manner and ensuring we meet that expectation is always our goal. What are you reading or listening to? Re-reading one of my all-time favorite book series called “Cinder.” Nothing like a spinoff of Cinderella who is a cyborg. And you can always catch me listening or singing to Taylor Swift. I might be her biggest unknown Swiftie! What’s your go-to comfort food? Anything with peanut butter and chocolate. Sometimes you just need a spoonful of peanut butter.
