Latina MASTERS BANKING CENTER MANAGER – CITIZENS STATE BANK, NEW CASTLE What was your first job, and what did you learn from it? My first job was at a small local restaurant. It was there that I developed my customer service skills. This job taught me the importance of multitasking, managing my time and handling money. What drew you to banking? When I relocated to New Castle in 1983, I was in search of a new job. To be honest, a career in banking wasn’t something I had considered. However, a friend told me about a job opening at Citizens State Bank, so I applied. Remarkably, I am still employed there after 40 years. Find someone within the company with more experience who is willing to provide guidance and support. Most importantly, your customers should always be your top priority.
