He graduated from the University of Phoenix. Whitney Steltenkamp joined the bank as vice president, residential mortgage sales manager, with 27 years of experience. She serves as treasurer of the Home Builders Association of Howard County and a commissioner for the Kokomo Housing Authority. Steltenkamp graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University. Richard Candelaria has been promoted to assistant vice president, mortgage underwriting manager. He most recently served as bank officer, mortgage junior underwriter.
