Dear Kentucky Dealers, It is a privilege to serve as Kentucky’s representative on the board of the National Automobile Dealers Association, and I am sincerely thankful for your confidence and support as I begin my first year in this role. I have big shoes to fill, with greats like Danny Renshaw and my father, Jack Kain, previously serving in this role. I will work every day to make them proud by serving Kentucky’s dealers. I understand that Kentucky dealers stand at the intersection of tradition and innovation. We are rooted in strong family businesses, trusted relationships and community leadership — while also navigating a rapidly evolving industry shaped by new technologies, changing consumer expectations and an increasingly complex regulatory environment. This moment presents both challenge and opportunity, and I am optimistic about what lies ahead for our dealers. As NADA director, my focus is clear: to ensure Kentucky’s voice remains strong, unified and influential at the national level. By working together and staying engaged, we can help shape policies that protect our franchise system, support our workforce, and allow our dealerships to continue thriving for generations to come. I am inspired by the resilience, leadership and commitment I see across the Commonwealth. With your continued involvement and support, I look forward to a year defined by collaboration, progress and a shared vision for the future of our industry. NADA DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE Representing the Commonwealth BY VICKIE KAIN FISTER, NADA DIRECTOR, KADA Thank you for all you do for your dealerships, your employees and your communities.
