Leading in Harmony in Music City Highlights from the ALP Summer Retreat KADA’s Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) gathered in Nashville on Aug. 18-19 for an energizing retreat focused on professional growth, collaboration and connection. Through engaging sessions, group discussions and shared experiences, participants strengthened their skills while building meaningful relationships with fellow emerging leaders in Kentucky’s automotive industry. The retreat enabled ALP participants to step away from the day-to-day demands of the dealership, exchange ideas and gain fresh perspectives to bring back to their teams.
