Great golf outings are always a great way to raise funds for organizations that contribute to the well-being of their community. Royal Buick GMC was honored to sponsor My Brother’s Place. It is magnificent to work alongside customers, employees (current and former), vendors, and friends in order to raise over $41,000 to prevent homelessness for families in the area. In addition to helping with housing arrangements, they also provide counseling, food, transportation, networking, job opportunities, and Christmas gifts! Please check out My Brother’s Place at www.mybrothersplace.com to see how you can help! Keep them in mind next time you hear of a struggling family. From November 13 to December 16, Douglas Volkswagen gave $500 toward the purchase of a vehicle to the first five clients who donated a toy to the Toys for Tots Toy Drive! What can be more exciting than bringing joy to others? They also had a donation drop-off box in each of their other locations: Douglas Volkswagen, Douglas Infiniti, and Douglas Body Shop. All toys donated were given to children in Union County and surrounding areas.
