Honorable Mention Douglass Colony Group Molson Coors G-150 Facility Douglass Colony Group One River North 149,424 square feet of TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) roofing was used on the Molson Coors G150 facility. The project utilized innovative solutions like heated hoses and continuous Flex TPO for curved surfaces. Despite winter challenges, the project stayed on track, prioritizing safety and efficiency. The most notable feature of the building is a canyon-like crack in the façade of the building, stretching 10 stories and spanning downwards from the roof. Douglass provided the waterproofing, pavers and garden roof assemblies, contributing to the unique look of the canyon.
