Dear GADA Members, The success of GADA can be attributed primarily to its members. Your willingness to get involved, step up when needed and help find solutions to the issues at hand makes all the difference. After all, when working together becomes a common thread, success takes care of itself. To help with that, I am happy to present you with GADA’s 2025 Annual Membership Directory. I encourage you to use the Membership Directory often throughout the year. If you’re trying to reach a fellow dealer, a particular government organization or someone in the GADA office, this book has the contact information you need. It also includes the Franchise Practices Act, Auto Advertising Compliance information and so much more. Also included here is a list of GADA’s Associate Members. These companies provide products and services to help our dealerships. Many of these companies support GADA in several ways, including sponsoring the GADA Convention, advertising and contributing valuable content to GADA publications. The support of associate members is crucial to the success of GADA, and we appreciate their participation in our organization. Please make use of our Associate Member listings; consider reaching out to them to help your dealership grow and find success. If you are not active in GADA, I urge you to change that in 2025. By taking an active role in GADA, you will enjoy the advantages that the association has to offer, especially as our industry evolves and becomes more complex. You will benefit from getting involved in so many ways — from being educated on important information through webinars and email alerts to receiving excellent customer service and dividends from the GADA Workers’ Compensation Fund to networking and making lasting friendships at the GADA Convention. If you’re asking yourself how to get involved … that’s easy! If you are receiving GADA emails, be sure to open and read them. If you aren’t receiving GADA emails, the first step is to send an email to info@gada.com to get on the list. When there are events, such as Dealer Day at the Capitol, Regional Meetings or webinars, show up and participate! When GADA is calling for assistance with grassroots efforts, pick up the phone and call your local legislator or, better yet, invite your local legislator to your dealership. I promise you won’t regret getting involved. It is an honor to serve as your chairman. Here’s to another outstanding year! Bo Scott 2024-2025 GADA Chairman CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE WWW.GADA.COM | 5

Dear GADA Members and Friends, I am pleased to again present to you GADA’s Annual Membership Directory. We aim to make this publication a handy, one-stop resource guide for our members. We look forward to seeing GADA members at future events, including Dealer Day, regional meetings and, of course, our Annual Convention in June. The Convention Committee and GADA staff work hard throughout the year to bring you an informative and fun Convention every summer. Consider attending, not only to hear speakers and meet sponsors and exhibitors who are relevant to your dealership operations, but also to build lasting relationships with fellow dealers and the GADA staff. So please … join us at the Annual Convention and other GADA events. The GADA Board, Staff and I thank members and friends for your involvement with and support of the Association. I encourage you to reach out to me, your GADA Board representative or the GADA staff with any questions or concerns. We count on your feedback to help shape membership benefits, services and legislative priorities. Also, I can’t reiterate enough: please be sure to read the information you receive from GADA. We communicate with members primarily by email. It is the best way to ensure you are not missing out on upcoming events, news alerts and regulatory compliance issues. If you’re not receiving our emails, contact the GADA office to get on the list! I wish you a happy, healthy and prosperous rest of 2025. Best regards, Lea B. Kirschner GADA President & CEO PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE 6 | 2025 MEMBERSHIP DIRECTORY

It is my privilege to serve as Georgia’s NADA Director in 2025. It is gratifying to be part of such a supportive organization. NADA supports dealers not only in Washington but with manufacturers as well. It also promotes the many benefits of franchise dealerships to the media, lawmakers and the public. There are so many programs and services NADA provides … being a member of NADA is a no-brainer. If you aren’t already a NADA member, check out the benefits and join today at www.nada.org/nada/membership/ benefits-nada-membership. Here’s a summary of just some of the issues on NADA’s agenda: • FTC Shopping Rule: Happily, the FTC Vehicle Shopping Rule has been vacated after a successful legal challenge brought by NADA and the Texas Automobile Dealers Association (TADA). The court’s ruling is a victory for consumers and dealers. As NADA argued from the time the unnecessary rule was announced, the FTC Vehicle Shopping Rule would have added massive amounts of time, complexity, paperwork and cost to the car-buying experience for virtually every customer. • Tariffs: The threat or imposition of tariffs on countries critical to U.S. auto manufacturing and supply warrants NADA’s engagement. NADA is working with stakeholders across the auto industry and is engaging the administration and Congress to protect dealer interests. • Volkswagen Scout/Sony Honda Mobility: Volkswagen’s attempt to sell Scout vehicles directly to consumers and Sony Honda Mobility’s announcement of intentions to sell directly to consumers, without utilizing franchised dealerships, is misguided and bad for consumers. NADA has been and will continue to work with state association executives to determine the best paths forward to protect the franchise system and stand behind dealers. • EV Mandate: EPA’s electric vehicle (EV) mandate is too aggressive. NADA continues to urge the government to track actual EV sales versus projections and adjust to reflect actual consumer demand. President Trump signed an executive order to initiate a process to reverse the EV mandate. As federal legislation to disapprove the EV mandates and CARB waiver is introduced in Congress, NADA will alert dealers on how they can engage their senators and representatives to support this legislation. Be sure to stay informed on the latest NADA issues and events. While GADA always makes its best effort to pass important NADA information to you, I encourage you to maintain NADA membership, read NADA emails and participate in NADA’s many educational offerings. I wish you all another successful year and look forward to working together. Matthew Laughridge NADA Director NADA DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE WWW.GADA.COM | 7
