Originally seven pages, the Call Report has grown to 84 pages during her tenure. Throughout her career, Gladys witnessed the evolution of technology in banking. Early in her career, couriers were used to deliver proofs and process items. Wires were completed over the phone using code passwords. The introduction of computers revolutionized operations, and Gladys played a vital role in helping the bank transition into the digital age.
