A MESSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT Service Beyond the Showroom BY COULTER McMAHEN, PRESIDENT/CEO, LADA As 2025 has come to a close, we should celebrate the impact Louisiana’s auto dealers make far beyond the showroom. Through our #LADealersDoGood campaign, we have highlighted countless dealers supporting local schools, first responders, nonprofits and neighbors in need. These stories remind us that dealerships are not just places of business; they are cornerstones of our communities. These efforts are especially meaningful because they aren’t driven by headlines or recognition, but by a genuine commitment to doing what’s right. That spirit of service defines our industry. On behalf of the LADA board and staff, thank you for the leadership you show every day. Your generosity strengthens our association, elevates our industry’s reputation and makes a real difference across Louisiana. Looking ahead, LADA remains focused on advocating for your businesses, protecting our industry and telling your story — especially the good work you do when no one is watching. Thank you for your continued engagement and trust, as well as for all that you do for your employees, customers and communities. Celebrating the Community Impact of Louisiana’s Dealers 4

01MK8309 09/25 Having the Blue Cross Blue Shield card in my wallet — well it feels like armor. It feels like I’m part of this special elite club and can get what I need whatever the crisis. Right Card. Right Care. New Orleans “ “ A MESSAGE FROM THE CHAIRMAN BY PATTON FRITZE, 2025-2027 CHAIRMAN, LADA, RED RIVER CHEVROLET Supporting Our Community Like many of my fellow dealers, I have grown up watching what this business really means to families and communities. Six months into my term as chairman, that perspective has only been reinforced by the stories we continue to see from dealers across Louisiana. This past year’s #LADealersDoGood campaign highlights something that every generation in our dealerships understands instinctively: Taking care of our community is simply part of the job. Whether it’s the generation before us that built these stores, the current leaders navigating today’s challenges or the next generation learning the business, that sense of responsibility runs through all of it. The charitable work featured in this issue isn’t about recognition. It’s about doing what makes sense for the towns and cities where we live, work and raise our families. It’s about employees stepping up, owners leading by example, and dealerships serving as reliable partners in their communities year after year. As chairman, I am proud to represent an association made up of dealers who understand that success isn’t measured solely by what happens inside the dealership walls. It’s also measured by the relationships we build and the impact we make outside of them. Thank you for the work you do every day on the lot, in the service drive and in your communities. I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve alongside you and look forward to continuing this work together in the year ahead. 5
