BANKERS ON THE MOVE ALTABANK Altabank has appointed Jerry Bregg and Fred Titensor to its board of directors, following the impending retirement of current board member Doug Swenson, whose term will end Dec. 31. “We are thankful for Doug’s dedication and service to Altabank over the past years,” said Terry Grant, CEO of Altabank. “We are grateful to have experienced business leaders Jerry Bregg and Fred Titensor joining the board.” Jerry Bregg is a partner at Whittet Advisory and has over 30 years of experience in corporate governance, financial reporting, enterprise risk and capital markets transactions. His career includes time with Big Four accounting firms and public companies. Fred Titensor is co-owner and general manager of Valley Implement Company, a multi-location farm equipment dealership serving Utah and Idaho. He has been with Valley Implement since 1999, during which time he has led all aspects of operations across two states and maintained key manufacturer relationships with the largest equipment manufacturers in the industry. BANK OF UTAH Aubrey Chapman has been named banking manager of the Brigham City branch. She brings six years of experience in the finance industry, including roles at America First Credit Union and Wells Fargo. Spencer Thorn has been appointed vice president, relationship manager. He joins Bank of Utah after a 20-year career at Zions Bank, where he advanced from a teller to several leadership roles, including commercial relationship manager, business banker, financial center manager, assistant branch manager and personal banker. Justin Shaw was promoted to branch manager of the Redwood branch. This promotion follows his strong performance and client-focused approach during his time as a mortgage loan officer with the bank. Wendy Medley was appointed branch manager of the Price branch. She brings more than 20 years of experience in the financial and title services industries. Chris Herbert has been named treasury management officer. Herbert brings more than 12 years of banking experience, including nearly a decade as a treasury manager at Zions Bank, where he worked with a diverse portfolio of retail, commercial and industrial (C&I) and commercial real estate clients.
