Rautenkranz has served as past president of the Martinsville Rotary Club, treasurer for Martinsville High School Building Trades, board member for Lil’ Arties, elementary basketball coach for Lady Artesian and Bell East Middle School, and volunteer for Green Township Elementary. He is a graduate of the Indiana University. Melissa Fisher has been promoted to vice president of deposit operations. She has 18 years of banking experience, including eight with the bank, serving as teller, relationship manager, mortgage originator and branch manager. Fisher serves on the board for the Magdalene House. She attended Enterprise State Junior College and is a graduate of the Indiana Bankers Association’s Leadership Development Program. Wade Phelps has joined the bank as manager of small business administration lending. He has 30 years of banking and small business administration experience. Phelps is a member of the Risk Management Association, member of the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders, past chairman of the United Way of Delaware County, past board member Junior Achievement of East Central Indiana and adjunct professor for accounting at Ivy Tech State College. He is a graduate of Ball State University, the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma, Leadership Academy of Madison County and the Muncie-Delaware Chamber of Commerce Academy for Community Leadership. Roger Chalkley has been promoted to vice president of information technology. He has 35 years of banking experience. Chalkley has served with the Martinsville Noon Lions Club, Coordinated Aging Services of Morgan County and Toastmasters of Morgan County. He is a graduate of Indiana University and is recipient of the 2013-14 Melvin Jones Fellow Award. Ryan Cook has been promoted to vice president and controller. He has six years of banking experience and previously served with a CPA firm. Cook is a board member of the Morgan County Habitat for Humanity. He is a graduate of Indiana UniversityPurdue University Indianapolis. Alexandra Smith has been promoted to assistant vice president and director of branch administration. She has seven years of banking experience. Smith serves as board member of the Greenwood Rotary Club and counselor for the Rotary Youth Exchange. She is a graduate of Purdue University. Gordie Lucas has been promoted to assistant vice president/senior mortgage loan officer. He has 22 years of banking experience. Lucas is active with the Hendricks County division of the Metropolitan Indianapolis Board of Realtors and Tri-West High School baseball. He is a graduate of Marian University. Jill Douglas has been promoted to assistant vice president/compliance officer. She joined the bank in 2001 and is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. Keri A. Carmichael has been promoted to assistant vice president/ commercial loan analyst/ underwriter. She has 15 years of banking experience, including six years with the bank. Carmichael is active with the Morgan County Fair Board. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis. Lydia Brown has been promoted to assistant vice president/internal auditor. She joined the bank in 2010 and is a member of the Financial Manager’s Society. Brown is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business Indianapolis. Scott Hines has joined the bank as commercial loan officer. He has been in the banking industry since 1987, mostly serving as bank examiner and commercial banker. Hines serves as president of the Greenwood Board of Aviation Commissioners and is active with Center Grove Bantam Football League and Center Grove Athletic Booster Club.
