He has 15 years of banking experience. Yergler has served as board member for Community Harvest Food Bank, and he volunteers with the YMCA and United Way. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Indiana Tech. Kevin Sills has joined the bank as branch manager, Bluffton south location. He has seven years of banking experience. Sills serves as board member of Wells County Junior Achievement and Wells County Boys and Girls Club, in addition to serving as a Wells County Chamber Ambassador, Bluffton NOW! volunteer and sports broadcaster for Wells County Voice. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Ossian State Bank Joe O’Connor has joined the bank as senior vice president and business banking manager. He has been a business banker since 1985. O’Connor is a member of the Notre Dame Club of Fort Wayne, past board member for the Community Development Corporation of Northeast Indiana and Anthony Wayne Services, and director and vice chairman of the board for Goodwill Industries of Northeast Indiana. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and has completed the Graduate School of Commercial Lending at the University of Oklahoma. PNC Bank, NA, Indianapolis Rachel McIntosh has been appointed to vice president and community development adviser for community development banking in Indiana. She has 15 years of community development finance experience, most recently serving as senior program officer for Local Initiatives Support Corp. McIntosh serves as board member of the Indiana Association for Community Economic Development and the Community Fund of Indiana, in addition to volunteering with United Way of Central Indiana, LISC Indianapolis, Renew Indy, Southeast Community Service and Southeast Neighborhood School of Excellence. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and two master’s degrees from Indiana University. State Bank of Lizton Greg Zusan has joined the bank as senior vice president and commercial lending manager. He has more than 35 years of banking experience, most recently serving as vice president, commercial lending at The National Bank of Indianapolis. Zusan serves as an Avon Town Council member, president of the Avon Redevelopment Committee, Gordon Graham Airport advisory board member, and previously served on the Hendricks County Economic Development Partnership, Hendricks Regional Health/ YMCA and the Avon Junior Athletic Association. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, and the National Commercial Lending School at the University of Oklahoma. Our Community Bank, Spencer Janet Wood has been promoted to assistant controller. She joined the bank in 2006 as senior staff accountant. Wood earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Lake City Bank,Warsaw Nathan Poe has joined the bank as assistant vice president and commercial lending officer, serving LaGrange, Noble and Elkhart counties. Meg Waddell has joined the bank as assistant vice president and mortgage loan originator, serving St. Joseph County. She has 10 years of banking experience.
