Previous experience includes serving as vice president and commercial relationship manager for Old National Bank and as vice president and senior relationship manager for ProAmerica Bank, in addition to positions at Pacific Western Bank, US Bank, Sanwa Bank/Bank of the West, Salomon Smith Barney and Bank of America. Matt Maher has been promoted to senior vice president, acting chief credit officer. He has more than 10 years of experience in bank credit administration and underwriting, most recently serving as senior portfolio manager with BMO Harris Bank. Terri Gill has joined the bank as senior vice president, commercial real estate manager and community banking market president, serving the Lafayette and Columbus markets. She began her career in 1982 and has served as senior commercial real estate relationship manager and commercial real estate lender. Gill has earned designation as a certified commercial investment member. Kevin Megli has joined the bank as vice president, commercial banking. He previously served as senior surety underwriter for FCCI Insurance. Moises Lopez has joined the bank as vice president, commercial banking. He most recently served as chief financial officer/chief operation officer with AP Sign Group LLC, after serving as vice president, business banking relationship manager, with Regions Bank and as financial center manager with Fifth Third Bank. Marie Horning has been named vice president, treasury management. She has more than 10 years of banking experience and most recently served as vice president, relationship manager, for Chase Bank. John Coughlin has joined the bank as vice president, wealth management business development officer. He most recently served as vice president and business development officer for Regions Bank, serving the Indiana, Illinois and Kentucky markets. Coughlin earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama. William Varanka has joined the bank as vice president, wealth management business development officer. He began his banking career in 1993 and most recently served as vice president, wealth management officer, for First Midwest Bank, serving the Northwest Indiana and Chicago areas. Varanka earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame. Brittany Diebolt has been named vice president, sales and service officer. She began her banking career in 2005. Johanna Koons has been promoted to sales and service manager, Rocky Ford location. She previously served as customer service manager with Fifth Third Bank, starting in 2006. Tyler Nickerson has been named bank sales officer, Columbus area. He most recently served as sales manager of a credit union. Nickerson previously had served Salin Bank in his current capacity from 2008 to 2012. Security Federal Savings Bank, Logansport Stephen Bultinck has joined the bank as commercial development officer, serving the Lafayette area. He has 25 years of banking experience and has held positions as Lafayette city controller and as a small business adviser. Bultinck’s community service includes positions as vice president of the Lafayette School Board, treasurer of the Friends of Downtown, co-founder of the Mosey Down Main street fairs, committee treasurer for the Christmas Day Dinner and advisory board member of the Lafayette Adult Resource Academy.
