Larry Heydon has been named chairman of the board of directors for Citizens Bank, Mooresville. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Butler University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. Donald E. Hall, executive vice president and chief financial officer, has been elected to the board of directors of DeMotte State Bank. He joined the bank in 1997 as vice president and controller. He was promoted to senior vice president, chief financial officer, in 1999 and to executive vice president, chief financial officer in 2002.
