She has more than 25 years of banking and mortgage lending experience in the areas of Elkhart, Mishawaka, South Bend and Goshen. Todd Ferguson has joined the bank as assistant manager of the Lafayette South branch. He has more than 10 years of retail banking experience, previously serving as banking relationship manager. Ferguson is a graduate of Leadership Lafayette. Tom Murtaugh has joined the bank as mortgage loan officer, servicing the Greater Lafayette area. He has 16 years of Tippecanoe County mortgage lending experience. Murtaugh serves as Tippecanoe County commissioner. Diana Wirtz has joined the bank as assistant vice president and branch manager, Lafayette downtown branch. She has more than 20 years of financial services experience and is a graduate of Ball State University. Michelle Maravilla has been promoted to assistant vice president, human resources manager. She joined the bank in 2006. A member of the Society of Human Resource Management Northwest Indiana, Maravilla earned an MBA from Purdue University. First State Bank of Middlebury Meg Waddell has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator, serving Elkhart and Kosciusko counties. She has eight years of mortgage experience. Waddell is a Goshen Chamber Ambassador and is active with the Builders Association of Elkhart County and with the Elkhart County Board of Realtors. iAB Financial Bank, Fort Wayne Beverly Gudakunst has joined the bank as mortgage originator. She has 23 years of mortgage lending experience, including 10 years as owner of a mortgage company.
