Evans has joined the bank as trust officer in the personal asset management group. He has 30 years of banking experience, serving as trust administrator, trust operations supervisor and trust department manager. Evans has served as board member for Parent to Parent of Southwest Michigan, past president of Friendship Village Retirement Community, member of the ROTC and History Department Advisory Council at Western Michigan University, and has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Michigan. Doug Baumgardner, business banker, has been promoted to assistant vice president, Warsaw area. He has 12 years of banking experience. Baumgardner is active with the Kosciusko County Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement and the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Grace College and an MBA from Indiana University. Mark Lane, financial advisor with 1st Source Asset Advisors, has been promoted to officer. He has 10 years of investment experience and is an accredited asset management specialist and long-term care certified specialist. Lane is active with the American Cancer Society and volunteers with the Granger Rocket Football League and Northern Indiana Regional Science & Engineering Fair. Lisa Misch has been promoted to business banker and cash management specialist. She has 20 years of banking experience. Misch is active First Financial Bank, NA, Terre Haute Mary Earl has joined the bank as risk manager officer, downtown Terre Haute location. In addition to two years of auditing experience, she has 13 years of banking experience. Earl most recently served as a consultant with Young and Associates Inc. and has previously served as bank senior vice president. Nadea Dondenco has joined the bank as Bank Secrecy Act officer, downtown Terre Haute location. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. The New Washington State Bank, Charlestown Jessica Carroll, vice president, has been promoted to chief operating officer. She joined the bank in 1998 and was promoted to management in 2008. Carroll is a graduate of Hanover College and of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking. Commerce Bank, Evansville Diane Tabor has been appointed to vice president of deposit operations and Bank Secrecy Act officer. She has 28 years of banking experience, most recently serving as first vice president and chief accounting officer for United Bank. Tabor earned a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Illinois University. with Meals on Wheels and Delta Theta Tau. She is a graduate of the Indiana Bankers Association Commercial Lending School. Alliance Bank, Francesville Gina Gaddis has been promoted to loan operations manager. She joined the bank in 2008 and has 15 years of banking experience, serving as administrative assistant, loan assistant and loan operations assistant. Annie Scholz, management trainee/ loan officer, has been promoted to loan officer, serving Jasper and Pulaski counties.
