He joined the bank in 1983 as installment loan officer and was promoted to Auburn branch manager in 1985. Burns serves as finance committee chair of the ACD Museum and is past chairman of the steering committee of Learning Link. He earned a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Indiana University. Dan Grosjean has been promoted to assistant vice president and branch manager of the bank’s Auburn location. He joined the bank in 2002, serving most recently as branch manager, Angola location. Grosjean is treasurer of the Builders Association of Northeast Indiana, and he is active with Junior Achievement, Angola Rotary and the ACD Museum. Farmers State Bank, Mentone Jessica Denton, market manager, has been promoted to officer, Syracuse location. She joined the bank in 2013 and has 13 years of banking experience, serving previously as office manager and loan officer. Denton is a volunteer with United Way of Kosciusko County, Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity. First Bank of Berne Rebecca Stapleton has joined the bank as branch manager and lender, Van Wert, Ohio, location. She has 18 years of banking experience. Stapleton volunteers with Junior Achievement and is involved with the Van Wert Area Convention and Business Bureau. PNC Bank, NA, Indianapolis Kristin Balazentis has joined the bank as senior vice president and regional manager of retail banking for central Indiana. She has 18 years of retail banking experience in various positions, including regional retail manager, district manager, branch manager, and sales and support manager. Balazentis volunteers with the PNC Grow Up Great bilingual early education program, and is a graduate of the PNC Bank Leadership Development program. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Waynesburg University. Salin Bank, Indianapolis Kevin Schultz has joined the bank as mortgage consultant, serving the Indianapolis market. He began his career in 1973 and has more than 30 years of mortgage experience, including work at a multistate regional bank. Schultz serves with the Special Olympics.
