He has 25 years of banking and management experience. Thatcher volunteers with the Fort Wayne Ballet, Catholic Charities and the Boys and Girls Club of Fort Wayne. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Aquinas College. E. Rick Goettlich has joined the bank as senior vice president and agribusiness manager. He has 25 years of banking experience. Goettlich has been active with the local Chamber of Commerce, Lion’s Club and Rotary Club. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Montana State University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Kimberly Bates, branch manager, Bourbon location, has been promoted to assistant vice president. She joined the bank in 1980. Bates is active with the Marshall County 4-H. Joel Arnold has been promoted to agribusiness officer. He volunteers with the Warren Chamber of Commerce and Campus Life. Arnold is a graduate of the Indiana Institute of Technology. Lake City Bank,Warsaw Sara Hill, vice president, has been promoted to regional manager of the bank’s Indianapolis market. She joined the banking industry in 1979. Hill serves on the board of the Hamilton County Area Neighborhood Development, and she is a member of the Assistance League of Indianapolis and Rotary Club of Carmel. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Rodney B. Hooley has been promoted to vice president, serving the Nappanee, Wakarusa and Bremen areas. He joined the bank in 2006 and has 13 years of banking experience. Hooley serves as treasurer of Ryan’s Place, president of the Nappanee Rotary Club and board member of the Nappanee Chamber of Commerce. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Nicholas A. Toney, assistant vice president, has been promoted to commercial banking officer. He joined the bank in 2007, serving previously as senior loan administration officer. Matt Blaufuss has joined the bank as agribusiness lender. He has 14 years of agribusiness lending experience. Blaufuss earned a bachelor’s of science degree from North Dakota State University and a master’s degree from Purdue University. Jim Hooley has retired as executive vice president of Campbell & Fetter Bank, Kendallville, after 42 years of service. He joined the bank in 1973 as installment loan officer before moving to the mortgage loan department. Hooley has been active with the Builders Association of Northeast Indiana, Northeast Association of Realtors, Kiwanis International, Ball State Alumni Association and Anthony Wayne Area Council Boy Scouts of America. He is a graduate of Ball State University, of the National Consumer Lending School at the University of Oklahoma and of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin.
