A certified Treasury professional, Samuels earned a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University. Lili A. Dailey has been promoted to vice president, trust operations manager. She joined the bank in 1998. She earned an associate’s degree from Indiana Business College and is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute. Jared S. Burns has been promoted to vice president, technology services manager. He joined the bank in 2010. Burns earned a bachelor’s degree from Grace College and a master’s degree from Syracuse University.
