He joined the bank in 2006 and has 23 years of banking experience. Samuels is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and the Association for Financial Professionals of Indiana. He serves as board member of Super Shot Inc. and volunteers with Junior Achievement of Northeast Indiana. A certified Treasury professional, Samuels earned a bachelor’s degree from Valparaiso University. Lili A. Dailey has been promoted to vice president, trust operations manager. She joined the bank in 1998. She earned an associate’s degree from Indiana Business College and is a graduate of Cannon Financial Institute. Jared S. Burns has been promoted to vice president, technology services manager. He joined the bank in 2010. Burns earned a bachelor’s degree from Grace College and a master’s degree from Syracuse University. George H. Goodlink has been promoted to vice president, information security officer. He joined the bank in 2011. Goodlink is a member of the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium and is a certified information systems security professional. He earned a bachelor’s degree from McKendree University. Joanie L. Foreman has been named vice president, security program officer. She joined the bank in 1985. Foreman is involved with the Who’s Who Society, Autism Society of America, Mobile Meals, Habitat for Humanity and the Indiana Bankers Association’s Security Planning Committee. She attended Indiana University and is a graduate of the BAI Graduate School of Operations and Payments. Rick S. Hatcher has been promoted to assistant vice president, director of properties management. He joined the bank in 1996. Hatcher volunteers with the United Way and the Kosciusko County Salvation Army. Stacy L. Price has been promoted to assistant vice president, Treasury management implementation specialist. A certified Treasury professional, Price joined the bank in 2005. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University South Bend. Laura K. Smith has been promoted to assistant vice president, accounting officer. She joined the bank in 2011. Smith serves as coordinator for the Greater Marshall County Children’s Resale. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Eric D. Wagoner has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan operations officer. He volunteers with the Warsaw Women’s Auxiliary of the Salvation Army. J. Mark Ulrich has joined the bank as assistant vice president, retail banking loan officer, Shipshewana location. He earned an associate’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. Elaine Goad has joined the bank as assistant vice president, mortgage loan originator, Indianapolis Clearwater location. She has 30 years of banking experience, most recently serving at Ruoff Mortgage. Goad is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Julie L. Schiefer, Lake City Investments, has been promoted to brokerage service investment officer. Tammy L. Yowell has been named office manager, Milford location. She joined the bank in 1995, most recently serving as office manager of the Elkhart northwest office.
