He has 25 years of banking experience, most recently serving as market sales and service manager in the bank’s Missouri, Illinois and central Indiana area. Harris is active with the Rotary Club of downtown Indianapolis, serves as board member and former executive director of VOCE Choral Group, and is a member of the Indianapolis Symphonic Band, Blue Skies Big Band and Nickel Plate Jazz Orchestra. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, a master’s degree from Indiana University and has completed the Agricultural Banking School certificate from Purdue University. Harris has served as faculty presenter for the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Seth Marshall has joined the bank’s wealth management team as vice president and investment advisor for northern Indiana. He has 11 years of banking experience, most recently serving as private client adviser at JPMorgan Chase. Marshall is an eight-year veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps, where he received numerous medals and commendations. He is a board member of the City of Huntington Planning Commission and the Huntington Neighborhood Development Corporation. Marshall earned a bachelor’s degree from Park University, MBA from Indiana University and has completed Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and RFID certifications from Indiana University. Travis Blessing has joined the bank’s wealth management team as vice president and senior investment advisor for central Indiana. He has 15 years of banking experience, most recently serving as financial adviser and investment associate at Merrill Lynch. Blessing serves as a coach for a variety of youth athletics. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and has completed the chartered retirement planning counselor and accredited investment fiduciary designation. Nicole Ross has joined the bank’s wealth management team as vice president and senior relationship manager for northern Indiana. She has 20 years of banking experience, most recently serving as vice president at Fifth Third Bank. Ross is involved with the Kiwanis, South Bend Family and Children’s Center and the Elkhart Samaritan Center. She earned the accredited wealth management adviser certification from the College for Financial Planning. The Farmers Bank, Frankfort Brian Carroll has joined the bank as vice president/ commercial lender, Fishers location. He has 30 years of banking experience, spending the last 19 years managing a commercial lending group. Carroll is a board member and loan committee member for Premier Capital. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Bellarmine College. Theda Anderson has been promoted to loan administration manager. She has 30 years of banking experience and joined the bank in 2008, serving most recently as loan operations officer. Anderson is a board member and secretary for the Biddle Memorial Park, and has served as past treasurer of Credit Professionals International and the National Association for Female Executives. She attended Indiana Central College. Leota Walker has been promoted to branch manager, Mulberry location. She joined the bank in 2006 as a teller/ customer service representative after 16 years of retail experience. The La Porte Savings Bank David K. Stephenson has joined the bank as vice president, commercial loan officer, Chesterton location. He has 30 years of retail banking and commercial lending experience. Stephenson has been involved with the Indiana University Northwest School of Business advisory board, Northwest Indiana Regional Development Company board of directors, Tradewinds Services board of directors and the Lakeshore and Crossroads Chambers of Commerce. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.
