Kruger serves as vice president of the Pulaski County Community Foundation board of directors and previously served as Francesville-Salem Township Library board member. He is a graduate of Purdue University and of the Indiana Bankers Association Agricultural Clinic. First Farmers Bank andTrust Company, Converse Jordan Foland, assistant vice president/loan operations specialist, has been promoted to vice president/commercial agricultural lender, Hoopeston location. He attended Purdue University and the Midwest Agricultural Bankers School. Jason Schroer, account manager for the bank’s SCI Leasing Group, has been promoted to vice president/commercial agricultural lender in addition to his current role, Bargersville location. He volunteers with the Trinity Lutheran High School board of directors and is a former director of the Bartholomew County 4-H Fair board. Schroer earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Jennifer Crews has joined the bank as mortgage loan officer, Sullivan location. She has 15 years of banking experience, most recently serving at Old National Bank as mortgage originator. Crews is a member of the Terre Haute Women’s Club. Michelle Cox has joined the bank as vice president, commercial/agricultural lender. She has 24 years of banking experience in commercial and agricultural banking in Carroll, Cass and Miami counties. Cox is active with the Carroll County Community Foundation, Carroll County Redevelopment Commission, Flora Rotary Club, Flora Community Club, Carroll Ag Association and Carroll Future Farmers of America Alumni. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Jackie Boxell has joined the bank as branch manager, Huntington location. She has 18 years of retail banking and mortgage lending experience, previously serving as loan officer, personal banker, mortgage specialist and branch operations manager.
