Gouveia III has joined the bank as vice president and agribusiness lender, Huntington location. He has 20 years of banking and agribusiness experience. Gouveia serves with the board of education for the Municipal School District of Wabash County. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and an MBA from Indiana University-Kokomo. Jim Miklos has joined the bank as mortgage originator. He has five years of banking experience, previously serving as loan officer and in branch services. Miklos is president of the Business Professionals Chapter of Business Networking International. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Lake City Bank,Warsaw Richard A. Delks has joined the bank’s wealth advisory group as vice president, wealth adviser, Elkhart Beardsley location. He serves as a board member of the Boys & Girls Club of Elkhart, a member of the Tim Bringle Scholarship Committee and a coach for AAU basketball. Delks earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Peggy Rohrman has joined the bank as vice president and will serve as office manager upon the opening of the bank’s new north side Indianapolis location. She has 25 years of banking experience. A member of the alumni associations for Purdue University and Indiana Wesleyan University, she has served as director for the United Way of Coastal Carolina, Zionsville Chamber of Commerce, Zionsville Optimist Club and is active in fundraising for the Boy Scouts of America Explorer Program. Dave Hume has been promoted to technical security officer, responsible for supporting, evaluating and improving information and technology security for the bank. Ridgestone Bank, Indianapolis Karl Zachmann has joined the bank as vice president, commercial lending, serving the Indianapolis area. He has 26 years of banking experience, including small business administration and commercial lending. The Farmers Bank, Frankfort Alan A. Oyler has joined the bank as vice president/commercial lender, Fishers location. He has 30 years of commercial banking experience, most recently serving with Old National Bank. Oyler earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. First State Bank of Middlebury Darla Kauffman has been promoted to assistant vice president, electronic banking services. She is active with Credit Professionals International, Goshen’s Celebrate America, Habitat for Humanity of Elkhart County and Junior Achievement. Kauffman earned an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Missy Schroeder has been promoted to customer support officer.
