With 18 years of human resources experience, he has been certified as a senior professional in human resources by the Society for Human Resource Management and as a professional coach by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Lifferth earned a bachelor’s degree from Middle Tennessee State University and an MBA from Ohio University. Luke Squires, business banker, has been promoted to vice president. He has 15 years of banking experience. Squires serves as board member and volunteer co-facilitator with Erin’s House for Grieving Children, board member for the Northern Indiana Better Business Bureau and finance committee member for the YWCA of Northeast Indiana. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne. Pam Green, accounting manager, has been promoted to assistant vice president. She serves as treasurer of her homeowner’s association and volunteers with Meals on Wheels. Green earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and an MBA from Indiana University South Bend. Lorra Junk, trust operations accounting and systems manager, has been promoted to officer. She has served as board treasurer of the Polish Falcons of America for 10 years and earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. BANKERS ON THE MOVE Springs Valley Bank & Trust Company, French Lick Brian P. Smith has joined the bank as assistant vice president, Third Avenue banking center manager, and commercial and mortgage lending officer, serving Dubois and surrounding counties. He began his banking career in 2006, previously serving as financial services officer with Farm Credit Mid-America and as assistant vice president and financial center manager with Fifth Third Bank. Smith is a board member of Habitat for Humanity of Dubois County and a graduate of Indiana State University. Jeremy Payton has joined the financial services department as investment representative, serving the Orange County area. He previously served with Edward Jones and holds Series 7 and 63 registrations. Payton is a coach with Paoli Junior and High School boys’ basketball. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Indiana and an MBA from Webster University. Tracy Leopold, specialty finance group operations manager, has been promoted to officer. She is active with the Society of St. Vincent de Paul and with Girl Scouts. Dustin Adams, financial analysis and planning office finance analyst, has been promoted to officer. Wendy Bullard has joined the bank as assistant vice president and branch manager, Indianapolis location. She has seven years of banking experience. Bullard volunteers with the Arthritis Foundation and is a member of the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce.
