Since joining the bank in 2006, she has served as customer service representative, retail loan officer and home equity specialist. Allen serves as a girls’ basketball coach and is on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity, Clinton Prairie Education Foundation and St. Vincent Hospital Foundation. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s College. Crossroads Bank,Wabash Lisa Swogger has joined the bank as commercial lending vice president, Columbia City and Syracuse locations. She has 15 years of banking experience and holds Indiana real estate and Indiana life and health insurance licenses. Swogger is active with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana, Junior Achievement, Northeast Indiana Light the Night for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and the Kendallville Chamber of Commerce. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Business College. Our Community Bank, Spencer Kara Gunderman has been promoted to branch manager, Spencer location. She joined the bank 15 years ago as a part-time insurance clerk. Gunderman is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College. Old National Bank, Evansville Bryan Hayden has been promoted to vice president, commercial lending, serving the Evansville region. He joined the bank in 2002 and has served as credit underwriter and commercial and municipal leasing officer. Hayden serves as board president of Albion Fellows Bacon Center and trustee and executive committee member for Reitz Memorial High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University. Matt Merkel has been promoted to vice president, commercial lending, Evansville region. He has previously served as senior corporation relationship manager, commercial lender and credit department supervisor. Merkel serves as board member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities and Evansville Urban Enterprise Association. He is a graduate of Western Kentucky University. Salin Bank, Indianapolis Dorothy Dodd, mortgage consultant, has been promoted to mortgage banking officer, serving the Indianapolis and surrounding communities. She began her mortgage banking career in 1976 and has served as office administrator and branch manager in Indiana, Illinois and Missouri. Dodd was recognized in 2015 with a “Best of the Best” award from the Central Indiana Realtist Association, nominated in 2004 for the “Affiliate of the Year” by the Women’s Council of Realtors and has been featured in the Indianapolis Business Journal’s “Women of Business.” She is active with the Flanner House, Eastside Community Advisory Committee, the Youth Committee of Gamma Phi Delta Sorority and the Women’s Council of Realtors. Brandon Beck has been promoted to agricultural lending officer, serving the Carroll County market. He joined the bank in 2009 as sales manager for the Flora and Delphi banking locations and is active with the Carroll County Chamber of Commerce. Beck earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. PNC Bank, Indianapolis Todd McWhirter has joined the bank as vice president and investment adviser, serving northern Indiana. McWhirter has 15 years of banking experience, most recently with Biltmore Family Office LLC and Charles Schwab & Co. He served as lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserves and is a graduate of the Indiana Military Academy. McWhirter earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Jenny Knapp has been promoted to branch manager, Cloverdale location. She joined the bank in 2004 as a parttime community bank associate.
