She has more than 20 years of banking experience and joined the bank in 2005, most recently serving as assistant vice president and loan department manager. Noll serves on the board of directors of Junior Achievement. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Tri-State University. BANKERS ON THE MOVE Continued First Federal Savings Bank of Angola Susan R. Allshouse has been promoted to vice president, audit, compliance and risk management. She joined the bank in 2005, most recently serving as auditor and compliance officer. A Junior Achievement volunteer, Allshouse serves on the board of directors of the YMCA of Steuben County and on the women’s fund committee of the Steuben County Community Foundation. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Fort Wayne. First Security Bank, Evansville Amy Jackson has been promoted to senior vice president, chief operating officer. Prior to joining the bank in 2014 as president of the Owensboro region, she was president and chief executive officer of the Greater Owensboro Chamber of Commerce and held various positions with Farm Credit Services of MidAmerica. Kevin Carrico has joined the bank as senior vice president, chief market officer. He has more than 30 years of experience with PNC Bank and its predecessors, serving as branch manager, consumer loan officer, business banker, commercial loan officer, market manager, area bank president and regional manager. Carrico is chairman of the board of trustees for Brescia University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree. The Farmers Bank, Frankfort Vicki Sherwood has been promoted to retail credit manager. She joined the bank in 2009 as retail credit specialist and has 34 years of banking experience. Sherwood earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and is a certified public accountant. Our Community Bank, Spencer Tammy Randolph has been promoted to senior vice president. She joined the bank in 1999, serving most recently as vice president of human resources, after 10 years of experience with Indiana University Credit Union. Randolph attended Ivy Tech Community College. Rodger Samuels has joined the bank as business development manager. He previously retired from the bank in 2011 as vice president of compliance. Samuels attended Indiana State University and is a graduate of National Louis University. Lisa Wilson has been promoted to vice president and chief operating officer. She joined the bank in 1996, serving most recently as senior manager of information technology, after serving as bank examiner with the Office of Thrift Supervision. Wilson is a graduate of Indiana University. Mutual Savings Bank, Franklin Rob Henderson has joined the bank as vice president and commercial loan officer. He has commercial banking experience. Henderson is a member of the Johnson County Council and the Franklin Redevelopment Commission, and is active with the Franklin Rotary Club, Franklin Masonic Lodge and Franklin Elks Club. He is a graduate of Leadership Johnson County and Indiana University. Connie Basco has been promoted to commercial loan officer and will continue to serve as commercial credit analyst. She joined the bank in 2008. She is active with the Habitat for Humanity Women Build Team.
