Douthitt serves as co-captain of the bank’s Get Fit, Relay for Life program. She is a graduate of Purdue University. Kaci Scheve has been promoted to loan counselor, serving the Warsaw area. She joined the bank in 2015 as a teller. First Bank Richmond, NA Stephanie Wright has been promoted to Richmond eastside assistant branch manager. She joined the bank in 2008. Dacia DeVinney has been promoted to Richmond north side assistant branch manager. She joined the bank in 2006. Courtney Evans, retail administration/branch trainer, has been promoted to officer. She joined the bank in 2011. German American, Jasper Jim McDonald has been promoted to regional executive vice president agricultural and commercial lending, serving Knox, Daviess, Martin, Pike and Gibson counties. He continues to lead the bank’s agricultural services division, serving Vanderburgh, Warrick and Posey counties. McDonald has 27 years of agricultural and commercial banking experience. He serves on the board of Thy Word Network, and he earned a bachelor’s degree from Murray State University. Randy Goodman has joined the bank as regional vice president, commercial banking, serving the Bloomington area. He has more than 30 years of banking experience. Goodman serves as treasurer of Lifeway Baptist Church. He is a graduate of Indiana State University. West End Bank, Richmond Danielle Carpenter has been promoted to consumer loan processing manager and continues to serve as Richmond east side office assistant branch manager. She joined the bank in 2014 as a customer service representative. Old National Bank, Evansville Mark Bradford has been promoted to Indianapolis region chief executive officer, and continues to serve as chief executive officer of the bank’s north central region. Prior to joining the bank, he served as president, CEO and director of Monroe Bank, 1999-2011. Bradford is active with the Regional Opportunity Initiatives Inc., Monroe County Community Foundation, Bloomington Economic Development Corp., Monroe County Community School Corp. and the Indiana State University president’s advisory board. A certified public accountant, he is a graduate of Indiana State University. Scott Shishman has been promoted to north central region president. He joined the bank in 2001 and has served as commercial relationship executive in the north central region since 2011. Shishman serves as treasurer for the Monroe County Salvation Army finance committee and member of the St. Charles Boromeo Parish finance committee. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame, and he earned an MBA from Indiana University. Crystal Taylor-Baker has been promoted to commercial relationship executive, north central region. She has 16 years of experience with the bank, including commercial credit, cash management and mortgage. Taylor-Baker serves on the boards of the WonderLab Museum of Science, Health, and Technology and of the Monroe County Chapter of the Indiana University Alumni Association. She is a graduate of Indiana University. Farmers State Bank, LaGrange Stacy Merrifield has been named executive vice president and chief financial officer. She previously served as a certified public accountant with Crowe Horwath and has 12 years of public accounting experience. Merrifield is a member of the leadership cabinet for the Indiana CPA Society and the finance committee of the Indiana Council for Economic Education. She earned a bachelor’s from Purdue University.
