With 21 years of banking experience, she joined Crossroads Bank in 2003 as assistant branch manager/loan officer in South Whitley; she was promoted in 2004 to assistant vice president/branch manager, Columbia City location. Roy serves on the board of directors and finance committee of Passages Inc., on the finance committee of the Whitley County Chamber of Commerce, and she is a member of the Columbia City Rotary. She earned an associate’s degree from International Business College. Erin Reason has been promoted to assistant vice president/controller. She previously served as an associate with Crowe Horwath LLP before joining the bank as assistant controller in 2013. Reason volunteers with Junior Achievement and earned a bachelor’s degree from Manchester University. Tina Wood has been promoted to assistant vice president/ mortgage loan officer, Columbia City location. She joined the bank in 2003 as a mortgage loan officer, serving the Columbia City area, after 12 years of mortgage banking experience in Fort Wayne. Wood earned an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Gina Stefanatos has been promoted to vice president/branch manager, North Manchester location. She joined the bank in 2011 as assistant vice president/branch manager and has 30 years of banking experience, formerly serving as assistant vice president, branch manager/loan officer at First Merchants. Stefanatos serves on the Wabash County 4-H auction committee and is the treasurer of the Northfield High School Athletic Booster Club. She attended Ball State University. Kristen Lovell has joined the bank as commercial lending officer. She previously served for five years as a financial services officer at Farm Credit Mid-America. Lovell is active with 4-H, Soil and Water Conservation District and the March of Dimes. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Missy Lundmark has joined the bank as retail loan officer. She most recently served as branch manager with First Farmers Bank and Trust Company after serving with the Wabash County Prosecutor’s Office, Wabash Circuit Court and Midwest Eye Consultants. Lundmark is active with Kappa Kappa Kappa Sorority, Parkview Wabash Hospital Gala, the Wabash County Chamber of Commerce board of directors, the Wabash Valley Dance Theater board of directors, 85 Hope and Rotary International. She earned an associate’s degree from Huntington University. The Farmers Bank, Frankfort Austin Hammel has joined the bank as assistant branch manager, Fishers location.
