Little, consumer solutions manager, has been promoted to vice president. She has 25 years of experience with the bank. Little is a member of the Columbia City Order of the Eastern Star and Daughters of the Nile. Citizens State Bank, New Castle Elton Marzon has been named branch manager, Rushville location. He has eight years of banking experience, beginning his career as a lead teller. Marzon serves as a board member for the Rushville Boys and Girls Club and is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. Home Bank, Martinsville Casey Ferguson has been promoted to mortgage loan officer. She joined the bank in 2014 as a customer service representative. Ferguson volunteers with Johnson County Habitat for Humanity, and she attended Ivy Tech Community College. Lafayette Community Bank Jim Allen has joined the bank as senior vice president, mortgage banking. He has 15 years of banking experience in retail, lending and compliance, serving previously with Old National Bank as a senior high risk analyst and with Young & Associates as a compliance consultant. Allen earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Indianapolis and an MBA from Webster University.
